- Traffic system management and control.

- Drainage construction and maintenance.

- Urban beautification and landscaping.

- Licencing and Enforcement of council's By-Laws.

- Valuation of Rateable Holding and Collection of Assessment Rates.

- Participation in public celebrations and development.
|
 |
- Provision and maintenance of markets & public toilets.
|
 |
- Provision and maintenence of sports and recreational amenities such as parks, swimming pools, multi purpose halls, stalls, sports complexes, stadiums, and children's playgrounds.
