Quality Policy

The Council of the City of Kuching South is responsible for providing an efficient and accurate local authority services to satisfy the needs and expectations of the community through the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 requirements as follows: -

  • lnculcating the culture of effective quality management system from top management to the lowest rank of the organization to achieve the Councils vision of enhancing the quality of life of the people of Kuching South.

  • Our staffs are committed to provide efficient and effective services to the community.

  • Committed to satisfy applicable requirements including applicable legal requirements, customer requirements, quality management system requirements and other requirements of other interested parties within the context of the quality management system.

  • Our management is committed to continually improve the quality management system and its services from time to time.

  • To achieve the intended outcomes of the quality management system, we shall determine the external and internal issues (negative and positive) that are relevant to the purpose of our organization and initiate timely actions lo address the risks and opportunities associated with these issues.

  • To consistently fulfill our customer requirements, expectation and satisfaction, and at the same time meeting the need and expectation of all other stakeholders including our suppliers, subcontractors, shareholders, employees and relevant authorities.
